WeMed provides counselling and facilitation services for students seeking to study MBBS and other courses abroad. We assist with university selection, documentation, visa guidance, and related support. WeMed is an education consultancy and not a university. Admission decisions are made solely by the respective institutions.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or you are using the services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during counselling and application processes.

3. Counselling & Fees

  • Initial counselling may be offered free of charge unless otherwise stated.
  • Service fees, university fees, and third-party charges will be communicated in writing before you commit.
  • All payments must be made through authorised WeMed channels. We advise against paying unverified third parties.
  • Refund policies, if applicable, will be outlined in your service agreement and may vary by programme and stage of processing.

4. Student Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Submit genuine academic and identity documents.
  • Meet eligibility criteria set by universities and regulatory bodies (including NMC guidelines where applicable).
  • Attend interviews, medical checks, or visa appointments as required.
  • Comply with laws and regulations of India and your host country during your studies.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, WeMed does not guarantee admission to any university, visa approval, or specific academic outcomes. We are not liable for delays, policy changes by governments or universities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeMed shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and design — is owned by WeMed or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
